Cancellation Rights

Who this page is for Two different things get called "cancellation," and they work differently: Ending your subscription — a contractual right that applies to every Vedron customer. See section 2. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — a legal right that applies only to consumers . See section 5. Vedron is built and sold for business use, so for most of our customers the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply . We set it out in full anyway, because if you are a consumer that right applies to you regardless of what our Terms & Conditions say. 2. Ending your subscription You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no need to give a reason. From your account: go to your profile and cancel the subscription there. By email: write to info@vedron.io from the address on the account. What happens next: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for . On monthly billing that is the end of the current month; on yearly billing it is the end of the current twelve-month period. You keep full access until then — cancelling does not cut you off immediately. You are not charged again, and the subscription does not renew. We do not refund or pro-rate a period that has already started, unless the law requires it or we have agreed otherwise in writing. 3. During the 14-day trial Every plan includes a 14-day trial and no payment card is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it does not convert into a paid plan automatically. If you decide Vedron is not for you, simply let the trial lapse — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay. 4. What happens to your data Your data stays yours. Before your paid period ends, export what you need — invoices, catalog, orders, and customer records can all be exported from the account. After your subscription ends we retain and then delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy and in our Data Processing Agreement. Please do not treat Vedron as your only copy of business-critical records. If you need help getting a complete export, contact info@vedron.io before you cancel and we will help. 5. Right of withdrawal for consumers This section applies only if you are a consumer — a natural person entering into the contract for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 7, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 6. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you asked us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period , you must pay us a proportionate amount for what was actually provided up to the point you told us you were withdrawing, compared with the full scope of the contract. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. 7.
